Ahleesha Elwood

I am Ahleesha Elwood and I started my career as a real estate agent in 2017 and in 2020 became a Broker-Associate and the managing broker for Elwood Real Estate. Prior to moving to Missouri, I grew up in Northern California. I served my Country as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps, and it was during that time I met and married my husband Mike. A resident of Salem these past 20 + years, living in a small town has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl.  I knew I wanted to be where there were winding gravel roads, farms with lots of animals and lots of land. Where there is something to do in or outside no matter the season. The people still greet each other with a smile and a hello and it is not uncommon to see a hand waving hi as they pass one another in their vehicles. Where small town values remain and every Holiday, a parade downtown and Christmas lights on the street posts when fall exits and winter blows it first cold breath. A place when someone needs a helping hand, a hand up is what they get.  That’s Salem, Missouri, my hometown.  I truly enjoy the opportunity to help sellers and buyers with their needs in selling or finding that special place; whether it is that perfect place to rest their head, or the place they come a couple times a year for relaxation or hunting. Maybe some acreage for the family farm animals or that perfect building spot. Commercial property for that new business? I am here for that too.
